EMEA Sales Engineer

Job Description

MatSing is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer focused on the EMEA region to join us on a full-time basis. This is a new technical position being created to report to the head of our EMEA sales team. The sales engineer needs to already reside in one of the EMEA countries and will need to work remotely. 

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities for the sales engineer:  

  • Design, planning and dimensioning of IBS (In-Building) projects
  • Specification, selection and development of modern computer-based simulation tools (eg., iBwave)
  • Presentation of simulation and other technical materials to the customer
  • Personal responsibility for development of network and optimization concepts
  • Comprehensive project management and project control
  • Assist sales team in achieving regional sales objectives

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; Master’s degree a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in RF measurements
  • Proficiency in mobile communications with 5+ years of professional experience in the design of mobile networks
  • Strong understanding of customer service, with a preference of the experience being in the mobile network operator environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical clients and manage complex technical management relationships
  • Fluent in national language and English, both spoken and written
  • High flexibility with the ability to adapt easily in cross-functional environments
  • Ability to work remotely in an effective manner knowing that travel will be needed on an ad-hoc basis to customers and partners
